When getting information on replacing your door, keep these points in mind:

What gauge of metal is the door? You want true 24-gauge-steel. Nominal 25-gauge is a thinner metal and has a high rate of splitting or bending.

If you are getting a door that is 16' in width you need to have 2 torsion-springs. Two springs last longer and are safer.

Torsion-springs are installed on all of our doors. We don't use Extension-springs unless there is less than 12"s of headroom.

We use all-steel-nylon-wrapped, commercial rollers: (11-ball-bearings). They are super quiet and will last longer.
